I grant that I really enjoy experiencing new treatments and therapies. Mostly all those that concern body and soul well being. But here, someone says, I can loose weight and revive me too. The place, Limone del Garda, is a magic location, an oasis of oleanders, agaves, olive trees and obviously, lemon trees. The Tao Centre, inside the Park Hotel Imperial, is really a place where guests pursue, poised between the sky and the lake, the balance and regain harmony, putting behind the world tiredness. and dermocosmetics are perfectly combined. I was so curious to understand the essence of the Tao Centre that I choose the Mini-Programme, a 3 days course where all the basic treatments and therapies are combined. Starting from the integrated medical examination according to Western and Chinese medicine, the analysis of meridians and the extracellular matrix to the screening of food intolerance. And in the mix of cuddles, relax and loss of weight, I enjoyed the foot massage, the Chinese acupuncture and also the oxygenating walking and the teaching appointments on the way of wellness. didn’t suffer, not at all, as, in my nutrition programme made only for me by the nutritionist, I tasted a faboulous pizza with kamut flour and a fantastic pasta cacio e pepe. For breakfast almost 6 kinds of home-made jam and marmalade and 2 snacks a day consisting in fresh fruits, fruit and vegetables centrifuged with a dark chocolate too. I leave the Tao Centre in a sunny Sunday of July with 2 kilos lost and a deep well being feeling. I’d already like to come back soon.
