For the new winter season Badrutt’s Palace does not fail to impress its prestigious customers with many new culinary pampering and beyond. The historic, luxury 5-star in St Moritz from December 3th will change the look at its renowned Renaissance Bar, which will become the first Vintage Cigar Lounge in Europe where it will be allowed to smoke, especially fine Cuban cigars. In the warmth of the furniture designed as a stylish living room, very comfortable and warm, the bar’s chief Andrea Delvo will offer an exclusive selection of cigars accompanied by his famous drinks and cocktails. Instead, on the terrace of the legendary restaurant Chesa Veglia, from December 17th until March 12th, here is the Aprés-Ski Time, fixed time during which guests can
indulge in gourmet delights, mulled wine and bubbles inside the softest fur. December the second a new idea will open its doors: the restaurant in St. Moritz: IGNIV@Badrutt’s Palace by Andreas Caminada. In the halls of Le Relais the tri-starred Swiss chef, whose culinary philosophy is based on the values of sharing, exchange and comforts, will create with this fine restaurant a real convivial experience to spend time together and share the menus served on platters and in their cooking pots. This winter there will also be space for two new pop-up restaurant in the exclusive surroundings of Le Pavillon. From December the 26th to
January the 7th the hotel will offer Cheese Gallore, evenings dedicated to the fans of Swiss cheese. While on February, the11th to the 25th, the Swiss Alexander Stamm – known as superstars and Europe real chef – will propose American Classics theme nights. Finally, the course “Matsuhisa”: guests will stay in the Matsuhisa@Badrutt’s Palace kitchen to learn the culinary philosophy of Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, international star and better known as Nobu. All food is then tasted together, accompanied by sake in the elegant atmosphere of La Coupole/Matsuhisa@Badrutt’s Palace. (Classes 4-6 persons on request, CHF 400 per person excluding drinks).
