The gourmet appointments of the kermesse S Pellegrino Sapori Ticino continues on May the 28th. The eighth event’s protagonist will be Giancarlo Perbellini of the Casa Perbellini Restaurant in Verona, welcomed by Egidio Iadonisi at Swiss Diamond Hotel in Vico Morcote. A cuisine that wants to follow the rhythms of nature, exploiting the season’s products and a unique and personal inspiration. The path to Le Soste continues on May the 29th with the appointment at Conca Bella di Vacallo, with Moreno Cedroni (Chef patron of Madonna del Pescatore of Senigallia, Clandestino di Portonovo and Anikò di Senigallia) guest of Andrea Bertarini .
It will be the scent of the sea to invest the diners of this dinner, thanks to one of the most talented chefs and appreciated by the Italian public who cooks fish in an absolutely unique way. Luca Bassan is preparing to welcome, on June the 4th, to the Stone Flower on top of Mount Generoso, Nicola Portinari of La Peca’s Restaurant in Lonigo. Exceptional location by architect Mario Botta for an evening where the flavors of high-gastronomy mature perfectly with a new generation of healthy foods. On June the 5th, the Chef Salvatore Frequente will host at the Hotel Eden Roc in Ascona, the Sicilian Pino Cuttaia de La Madia in Licata.
Growing talent for one of the personalities of the stoves that best expresses all the scents, colors and excellence of gastronomic Sicily. The final evening of this year’s event will be held for the first time at the Campione d’Italia Casino on June the 11th and will feature 8 major Ticino Chefs. In addition to the 11 total events for the 11 years of the event, completing the calendar Of S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2017 other special events will take place. On June the 6th Ana Roš, the Slovene chef of Hiša Franko’s, newly-named best woman Chef in the world for the S. Pellegrino 2017 World Cup’s 50 Best Restaurants, will be the protagonist of the women’s evening at the Metamorphosis Restaurant in Lugano.
There are also three lounge suites dedicated to the emerging Ticino Chef Takuro Amano, Davide Asietti, Luca Bellanca, Marcel Laversa, Andrea Levratto, Carmine Mottola, who are aiming to bring new generations to the gourmet world in fashionable locations like Seven Lugano – The Lounge May the 25th, Al Lido, Lugano on June the 1st, and the Blue Restaurant & Lounge in Locarno on June the 8th.
