Tuesday, November the 6th, at the Armani / Restaurant, on the seventh floor of via Manzoni 31, the Tokyo Week starts in Milan
This is an exclusive and unmissable event that will see Francesco Mascheroni and Francesco Mazzi, respectively Chef of Armani / Ristorante in Milan and Tokyo , side by side in the kitchen proposing an even more special menu. During the entire week the gastronomic proposal of the starred Milanese restaurant will be enriched with a selection of dishes signed by the Chef of the Armani / Tokyo restaurant and then, Wednesday, November the 7th, celebrate the best of their respective cuisines proposing an original four-course dinner menu. We will leave for a tour of the world with the refined amuse-bouche of Tokyo and Milan, to continue with two starter, including Tartare di scampi, white turnip and salicornia, and continue with two first courses, Spaghettone with sea urchins and cauliflower for Milan and double Ravioli stuffed with ossobuco and saffron risotto for Tokyo. After the Guancia di manzo in red wine for Milan, it will end with desserts: Bomboloni and Catalan cream for Tokyo and Small pastry for Milan. Fil rouge of the evening will be the philosophy that unites the culinary offer of all the Armani restaurants in the world, the Italian skillfully revisited in an international key, the superb quality of the raw materials and the impeccable preparation.
