On January the 26th, Meet the Chefs cooking showcase is coming back at the Armani/Ristorante Milano, located on the 7th floor of Via Manzoni 31, with the second of four unmissable appointments of fine dining from around the world, dedicated to Michelin starred cuisine, experimentation and creativity. The second guest to take over Executive Chef Filippo Gozzoli’s harmonious, stylish and experimental kitchen at the starred Armani/Ristorante, will be the young Gert de Mangeleer, of Hertog Jan Restaurant, located in the country of Bruges sorroundings. This Belgian talent is one of the leaders of the european cookery nouvelle vague and promoter of the Kitchen Rebels group, which gathers some of the best kitchen representatives from the Flanders.
