Chocolate above all to spend an unforgettable Christmas with Ernst Knam, but also many sweet surprises.
The sweet Chef and maître chocolatier presents the new Christmas Tree, created this year on the indication and design of his wife, Frau Knam. It’s called Bubble Tree and with its slender and acccattivante profile is configured as the king of the perfect table to spend another unforgettable Christmas with Ernst Knam. Accompanying it, a wide selection of trees and subjects in chocolate led by the very nice elephant, new entry in the Milanese pastry shop in via Anfossi 10. The chocolate is enhanced with even more emphasis in this new proposal: the fondant Peru Pachiza 70% covers the version 2018 of Knamettone, the special edition leavened product that also includes semi-candied pear and pieces of chocolate. Its maximum expression is however found in the
K Perù Experience, which is made up of three bars composed of some types of cocoa among the most appreciated by Chef Knam: the dark Bio Grand Cru – Cacao 81%, originally from the Amazonas region (none other than the first cocoa of which there is evidence of human consumption in history), Peru Pachiza Dark 70%, among the most popular types by Knam for his creations and the 39% Milk Pachiza Monorigine Peru, with softer taste aromatic. There are however alternatives: from the elegant box of jellies to the many types of biscuits, through the drageés, the preparation for hot chocolate, the macarons.
