It is a startup born with the aim of simplifying the life of homeowners and guaranteeing a 5-star service to those who stay.Estay take cares of everything: from contracts to maintenance and cleaning, from professional photographic shots to managing guests. The company boasts 130 properties (growing) in southern Sardinia and for 2021 the goal is to expand throughout the island. The project was born in June 2018 from an idea of Enrico Bertini, Nicola Sabiu and Giovanni Molinari – with a Master in Five Stars Hotel Management at the LUISS Business School and different experiences in important hotel companies – and Michelangelo Soru, and Giada Orrù, graduates in Cagliari and with another entrepreneurial path behind them. In Sardinia, the approximately 300,000 second homes could generate a turnover of up to 6 billion euros and the
mission of the five founders is precisely to make tourism for second homes more organized, sustainable and attractive, improving the management of accommodation facilities of any kind and unhinging the old concept of short rent where the owner of the property takes on all the responsibilities and problems. The properties, which all have high quality standards, are part of a real tourist hospitality system, professionally built thanks to advanced technologies and important industrial partnerships. Furthermore, the houses and villas are also published in the main online portals. As for the guests, the constant and punctual assistance follows a real concierge service, typical of luxury structures. Finally, with a view to seasonally adjusting tourism in Sardinia, there is also the possibility of stipulating medium-long term rentals, of 3/4 months, at competitive prices and with the “all inclusive” formula, just like in short rentals.
