One of the most important novelties of 2023 is the first lactose-free Easter cake created by the De Vivo pastry shop in Pompei, which chose pellecchiella and chocolate to enrich the soft dough.

The first lactose-free Easter cake, which will become part of the range of products for the Easter holidays, was the surprise unveiled during the “Fuori di Taste” appointment organized by De Vivo during the days of the Florentine Taste. The lactose-free Easter cake “Pellecchiella and chocolate” comes with a soft dough, lactose-free, enriched with apricots of the “Pelleccchiella del Vesuvio” quality, true excellence of the Neapolitan territory considered the most prestigious and sweet of the varieties, with a pulp particularly sweet. The “Colomba” is enriched by Macaè 62% lactose-free chocolate nuggets, single-origin Brazilian Valrhona, while a highly De Vivoselected almond glaze covers the new Easter cake.  “We are pleased to enrich the vast range of our Easter leavened products with a novelty that responds to a specific need.
