After the usual winter closure, the Canavacciuolo family has reopened the doors of the magnificent LAQUA Collection resorts in some of the most evocative corners of Italy.

laquaLAQUA Collection, the exclusive collection of hotels and resorts born from the desire of Antonino and Cinzia Canavacciuolo to give shape to their personal concept of hospitality of excellence, now has four structures that perfectly express the idea of well-being that the”hosts   want to offer their guests. Located between Piedmont, Tuscany and Campania, they are ready – after the usual winter break – to welcome guests again for stays dedicated to haute cuisine, wellness and relaxation.
On the Tuscan hills between Pisa and Volterra stands the “Casa in Collina”, LAQUA Vineyard of Casanova, a small Etruscan village in the municipality of Terricciola immersed in the green countryside. There are six Suites from which to admire the pastel-coloured panorama, immersed in an elegant and minimal style and each one bears a taste of Greek mythology in its name: Cupid, Aphrodite, Narcissus, Eurydice, Dionysus and Penelope. To complete the structure of each room, a comfortable living area and an equipped kitchen, for convivial moments even away from home. Laqua Vineyard has a welcoming Wellness Experience area and the brand new outdoor swimming pool, which will be open from June. In the 1 Michelin Star Cannavacciuolo Vineyard restaurant a large Social Table allows guests to enjoy Chef Marco Suriano’s cuisine accompanied by excellent glasses.

Nature is the great protagonist on Lake Orta, where LAQUA by the Lake stands, the Brand’s “Casa al Lago”, with direct accesslaqua to the lake. The warm and enveloping tones of the wood define the design of the sixteen rooms, creating an ideal bridge between the interiors and exteriors of the structure. All recall the familiar atmosphere of home, with spacious living areas and kitchens equipped with every comfort. Moments of pure wonder also from the immense terraces of the two panoramic penthouses, equipped with private outdoor Jacuzzis. An encounter, the one between man and the lake, which becomes even closer in the new and exclusive Darsena 19, available from May 2023. A small paradise a few km from Laqua by the Lake equipped with lounge, bathroom and breakfast corner. To complete the offer of the resort, a 200m2 Spa, the exclusive Beach Club and the Bistrot with dishes designed and created by Chef Cannavacciuolo and Executive Chef Gianni Bertone.

laquaImmersed in a highly suggestive natural context, LAQUA by the Sea is the “Casa al Mare” where everyone dreams of spending the summers of their life. The six rooms of the resort (5 Deluxe and 1 Classic) overlook the Gulf of Sorrento, as do the panoramic terraces with infinity pool, where large windowed walls erase the boundary between inside and outside. Every detail is designed to give guests a deeply relaxing experience from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, which is enhanced by the treatments in the intimate Wellness Experience area. Inside the six rooms, each element has been chosen following the guidelines of the ancient art of Feng Shui, to help infuse guests with a feeling of calm and well-being, and fully celebrate the encounter between man and sea.

Also in the Sorrento peninsula, it is a large wisteria plant that welcomes guests to LAQUA Countryside, the same one under which Chef Cannavacciuolo used to play as a child. The “Casa in Campagna” is located in Ticciano, a hamlet of Vico Equense, on the hills overlooking the Gulf. It is precisely here that the Chef was born and raised, taking the first steps in the familylaqua kitchen on the path that saw him establish himself on the international scene. The decision to transform the old family home into a resort fully expresses the value that Cinzia and Antonino give to the concept of hospitality. The six rooms are all different, each one is a small ancient world, a moment in the Chef’s life which is thus transformed into a shared memory: the Grandmother’s Room, the Handyman’s Room, the “Mad” Uncle’s Room, the Curate’s Room , Annarella’s Room and Marina’s Room. The same childhood memories define the cuisine of the Cannavacciuolo Countryside Restaurant, the Chef’s first in Campania, awarded 1 Michelin Star a few months after opening. The gastronomic proposal, the creation of which is entrusted to Chef Nicola Somma, recounts a journey back from Piedmont to Campania, and reaches its maximum expression in the encounter between the products of the home garden and orchard with those of local artisans.
