A real Food Festival, designed by Fabio Boschero, executive chef, from few months, of Rome Cavalieri’s L’Uliveto Restaurant , Tiepolo Bar & Terrace, Pool Bar and the Chalet as a tribute to Brazil, the country where he has lived and worked many years. Seven days of authentic food experience , from the 19th to the 24th July where guests can taste Brazilian flavours made by Boschero in cooperation with 2 chefs, Bailoni Mezadri e Belo Dos Santos, who are coming directly to Rome from Saint Paul in Brazil. A 6 handed menu designed by Boschero representing a travel in the great Brazilian territory and in its food culture. In the menu guests can find Feijoada and culinaria da Boteco, Tapioca from Amazzonia and Palmito and Camarao from Salvador Bahia. The menu offers many kinds of meat and fish like the Picanha, the Mandioca stew or the Lobster Moqueca. And not to miss the tasty pao de queijo, traditional bread gluten free and the tapioca.
