Intolerances
A six-handed “without” menu. No gluten and lactose in fact, because the intolerances are fought with taste and especially at table. Michele Terreni, chef resident of the Carimate Golf Club restaurant, hosts Giancarlo Morelli of Pomireu di Seregno and Alessandro Negrini of Il luogo di Aimo e Nadia, Milan, for the third Gala Dinner for the Association “Il mondo delle intolleranze” founded by Tiziana Colombo. The three great chefs from Lombardy will be delighted accompanying their gourmet and “without” dishes with the Bortolomiol bubbles of Valdobbiadene.
