It is according to the philosophy of exchange and sharing that distinguishes Les Collectionneurs – community of restaurateurs, hoteliers and travelers – that two well-known French chefs have accepted the invitation of their colleague Chris Oberhammer of the Tilia Restaurant in Dobbiaco to participate in the new edition of the Gourmet Festival Alta Pusteria. The fifth edition of the event, designed by Oberhammer, will be held in the heart of the Dolomites in October, the 26th to the 28th, in collaboration with the culinary association Tirolensis, with the aim of combining excellent gourmet experiences and beauties of the territory. From Oltralpe they will arrive Mickaël Pihours (Restaurant Le Gambetta, Saumur) and the pastry chef Jessica Préalpato (Restaurant Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée, Paris). The program includes a legendary opening with a welcome dinner at the Gannerhof in Innervillgraten (in Austria) on Friday, the 26th; Saturday, the 27th, after spending the morning with a helicopter flight to discover the Dolomites, there will be the moment dedicated to ‘Chris & Friends – Les Collectionneurs’ with an Exclusive Dinner at the Franz Kraler luxury store in Dobbiaco. An exceptional location where fashion, art and design for one evening meet the great kitchen for a unique sensorial experience within a space with compatible architecture integrated into nature. Here the chefs Oberhammer, Pihours and Préalpato will offer guests their exclusive menu accompanied by an important selection of French wines.
