The Ambasciata del Gusto comes back for 5 weekends dedicated to the author’s cooking by the Ticino Park products.

The new season of the gourmet cooking event organized by “Associazione Maestro Martino” presided over by Carlo Cracco will start on September, the 9th, at the ex “Convento dell’Annunciata” in Abbiategrasso (Milan). In collaboration with the Municipality of Abbiategrasso and Ticino Park, the didactic project will promote the culture of the territory and Made in Italy through open activities and courses devoted to students, professionals, families and all the lovers of good food. The focal point of the project is healthy and conscious nutrition through the knowledge and use of local products for the sustainability of local farms. The 2017 programme provides training and work weekend that will allow you to learn through showcooking and cooking workshops, taste the chic-nic or brunch formula, and stop for a healthy snack with your children, discovering together with the

producers the agro-food excellence of a land rich in history that is not limited to the Ticino Park on the Lombardy side but also includes Switzerland and Piedmont.  In this edition, the novelty will be the course for students, developed in collaboration with the prestigious Institute of Higher Education Instruction “E. Maggia” of Stresa. Its embassies and cooking students will offer a free training experience strongly linked to the territory of Ticino thanks to the collaboration with the resident chef Alessandro Manzetti. During the 5 week end, the Saturday evenings of Ambasciata del Gusto will be dedicated to dinner at a closed number on reservation, while on Sunday will be the turn of the chic-nic gourmet baskets. Ambasciata del Gustobe: Lorenzo Lavezzari with Japanese master Haruo Ichikawa – winners of the 15th Tuna Cuisine Competition Girotonno – Sabrina Tuzi, Lucia Tellone, Sara Preceruti, Fabiana Scarica and Paolo Griffa. Also hosted for this edition there are the chefs of Elior Excellence, a leader in the field of collective catering. Sixty professional chefs from all over Italy will work together to create three original menus dedicated to the Ticino Park. The chefs will meet the producers and visit the companies of excellence in the territory, then devote themselves to the realization of the dishes with selected ingredients from the tutor, gourmet expert Toni Sarcina, illustrating their showcooking creations and lunch tastings on Saturday.
