For Easter 2019, alongside the great classics and decorated eggs, Knam introduces the Unicorn in chocolate in three variants.
Estro, chocolate processing technique and attention to detail: this is how Ernst Knam’s creations are born in his Pastry shop in Via Anfossi 10 in Milan. And upstream of everything, there are the inputs by Frau Knam, who inspired her husband also for this Easter 2019, in the name of a unicorn made of chocolate in three different variants: pink, white and black. Among other proposals thera are the classic and decorated eggs, which surprise with their variety, vivid tones and details: from
Multicolor Egg, with strokes of color; to the Pulcino Egg that sees a real chick in chocolate appear from the inside, passing through the Egg Strawberry and the Egg Paws. Each creation is hand-made and can be further customized by bringing the surprise to the store. A new proposal, which joins the ever-present Easter Dove and the traditional cakes like pasqualina
and pastiera, also in the chocolate version. With a special motif and carefully chosen by Frau Knam and Chef Knam, the wrapped eggs follow the pattern of the peacock’s tail, whose chocolate sculpture can be seen right in the Pastry shop window. Finally, there is also the special Easter 2019 cake edition with lime, lemon and chocolate, designed to bring color, freshness and a sparkling and spring touch to the table.
