The Knam Chocolate Experience is back with a unique chocolate of its kind, the purest maple syrup and many exceptional guests. In Milan from November, the28th, to December, the 1st.

The second edition of the event promoted by chef Ernst Knam, which will be held this year in the new N10 (Milan, Via Montegrappa 10), is going to be really amazing. Starting with the presentation and “celebration” of the new chocolate he discovered and brought to Italy in following his trip to Peru along the cocoa supply chain and pure maple syrup  “discovered” during a trip to Québec. It will be precisely the cocoa Frau Knam Señorita and a premium quality maple syrup, Gold– for which the chef and his wife Frau Knam have designed a bottle and a special label – the common thread that will unite the event, a real 4-day event that will start in the morning, when it will be possible to enjoy a Knam Breakfast in the bar area, which during the days of the event will also be used as a temporary store with an exclusive preview of Christmas 2019 (and for each single portion purchased, the Lavazza coffee will be free). The days of the Knam Chocolate Experience will then be a succession of show cooking, brunches, aperitifs and above all special dinners with great guests. The first, on Thursday, the 28th, will involve Ernst Knam and Fabrizio Nonis “el Beker”in a meat-based menu. Friday instead, a special and unmissable evening for fans of Bake Off Italia: a dinner with subsequent viewing of the final episode
Knam Chocolateof the seventh season of the program together with the historical judges, Ernst Knam and Clelia D’Onofrio, as well as the presenter Benedetta Parodi (in partnership with Discovery Italia, which will be at the side of the Knam Chocolate Experience for the duration of the event). Saturday night will be the turn of the Gala Dinner, with a guest arriving directly from Peru: Mitsuharu Tsumura, Chef of the Maido restaurant in Lima, tenth in the ranking of the 50 Best and first in the Latin American ranking. While for the brunch on Sunday 1st December Arnaud Marchand, chef expert of the boreal cuisine and of the valorisation of the raw materials of the territory within the dishes and recipes. Do not miss the Italian tradition, with a master pizza maker who will come directly from Naples: Salvatore Salvo will delight the public with a show cooking Friday, the 29th, followed by a tasting lunch of three different pizzas. Marco Bianchi, Csaba dalla Zorza, Roberto Valbuzzi and Diego Thomas of “Courtesies for Guests” aired on Real Time and Andrea Mainardi, who will sign the brunch of Saturday, the 30th.
