The 2023 of the les Collectionneurs community kicks off with the new edition of the now unmistakable Orange Guide which contains 540 travel and gastronomic experiences to be discovered in 11 countries.
Les Collectionneurs, the prestigious community of restaurateurs, hoteliers and travelers announces the novelties for 2023 starting with the new edition of the Orange Guide, which contains 540 travel and gastronomic experiences in 11 countries, first of all France, Italy, Germany, followed by from Austria, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Monaco, UK, Switzerland and Seychelles. This year there are 71 new entries in the general selection of les Collectionneurs and each reflects the values of the community (curiosity, generosity and being demanding) and shares the promise of giving travelers and gourmands unique and unforgettable moments. Italy is present in the Guide with 92 addresses, but has recently reached 97 thanks to 5 new entries. It is represented by 64 hoteliers and 33 restaurateurs with good coverage in each region and among these the 5 new entries in the central-southern area stand out, enriching the proposals already included in the 2023 Guide.
Al Piglio, a maison de charme resulting from the careful renovation of an old farmhouse on the outskirts of Rome which will soon open with six exclusive suites with a modern and elegant design. The pride of the structure is the vocation for wine, the owner Elisabetta Petrini invites guests to discover the precious nectars of Cesanese. Do not miss the tasting of oils of different cultivars. The experience will be completed with a heated swimming pool surrounded by vineyards, a winter garden among the olive trees, the cuisine offered by the Terra Restaurant.
Also a few kilometers from Rome, in the village of Ariccia, there is the Sintesi Restaurant, awarded this year with a Michelin Star, which boasts cuisine with an essential taste in an elegant and familiar environment, designed to let you experience unforgettable moments of sharing and pleasure. In the kitchen there are the young chef Sara Scarsella with Matteo Compagnucci and a fresh brigade of talents. They highlight the products from the garden or carefully chosen from local producers in each dish, always taking care to reduce food waste as much as possible.
Naples expands its range of experiences in the Chiaia district with the Metro900 Boutique Hotel, where modernity and comfort elegantly blend with the historicity of the building, one of the most prestigious
in Neapolitan architectural culture, which also houses the historic Mergellina station. As the landlady Martina Delisio suggests, from here you can easily reach the historic center, but also the well-known Caracciolo seafront. Relaxation is then ensured in the welcoming and bright rooms and in the lounge bar, ideal for a regenerative break while sipping one of the typical Campania liqueurs.
Moving further south, in Puglia, in the heart of Nardò, you can stay in Palazzo Tafuri, an elegant boutique hotel that has recently been renovated but has

Each room takes its name from a medicinal plant in honor of Vincenzo Zimara, a well-known herbalist and pharmacist of the town and it is decorated with works by artists who are passionate about botany, both local and international. In the kitchen, chef Antonio Capoccello, with his international background, offers creative proposals that highlight local and seasonal products.
Finally, in Sicily, in Modica, there is the Accursio Restaurant by chef Accursio Craparo which boasts a Michelin Star. A refined cuisine enclosed in a 7th century building immersed in a warm and welcoming atmosphere where lovers of good food can discover the flavors of the sea and the land through tasting itineraries. by Sicilian beauties and sublimated by his numerous experiences around the world.
