The Lungoparma brand tells stories of bon vivre and elegance with its fine range of Emilian wines which are also conquering the best tables in Milan.

Seven leading restaurants on the Milanese gastronomic scene have opened their doors to the refined range of Lungoparma Emilian wines, a brand identifying the Parma tradition dedicated to constant passion and the continuous search for the best quality. A highly selected range of wines produced with local grapes capable of brightening up the most refined tables, so much so that since October the brand has been the protagonist of the “Lungoparma in tavola” project created by Ilona Shekatur, Brand Manager of the brand and Creative Manager of all the projects linked to it in collaboration with the wine expert and events dedicated to the sector Susanna Amerigo. The format has already allowed the Milanese public to taste the wines paired with ad hoc menus in the restaurants “Chic’ n Quick Trattoria Moderna by Sadler”, “Classico-Trattoria & Cocktail” and “La Brioschina”. The month of November will instead be inaugurated by the “Locanda alla Scala” on the 9th, while on the 16th the “Skuisito” will open its doors to this interesting food and wine experience. The first phase of the project will close on November 22nd at the “Hangarq” and the “Domish Milano” restaurant on November 29th.
Three protagonists of the evenings: Il Classico, Bianco Reale and Quota 16. Three iconic wines from the winemaking Maison that stand out for their elegance and their unique characteristics. An excellence also confirmed by Luca Maroni, Italian food and wine expert, who included them in the Yearbook of the best Italian wines 2023.
           
Il Classico is a classic method with aging on the yeasts for 30 months and a minimum of 6 months of disgorgement. The perlage is fine and persistent, the bouquet is very fragrant with citrus fruits, dried fruit, mineral flavors and pastry elements. On the palate it is delicate, sweet, gentle, fine and very fresh. Ideal throughout the meal, from aperitifs to desserts (Pinot Noir 70% and Chardonnay 30%, alcohol 12.5% vol).
Bianco Reale IGT Emilia is produced with an early and late harvest, light pressing and controlled temperature fermentation of the best grapes from the most suitable vineyards. Reale recalls in its name the qualities of great elegance and minerality that this wine possesses. A white not only to drink when young but also after several years of bottle aging. It pairs well with fish and cheese dishes (aromatic Malvasia di Candia, alcohol 13% vol).
Quota 16, a red wine with unique characteristics, comes from a selection of the oldest vineyards of the Emilian tradition. Its refinement combines different passages, first in steel, then in barrique and ends in oak barrels. Bold aromas and intense, enveloping aromas make Quota 16 a great wine for meat, roasts, cheeses and chocolate desserts (Barbera and Merlot, alcohol
16% vol).
The range is completed by Lungoparma White Platinum, an extra dry Chardonnay sparkling wine; Rosè Platinum Perlant, extra dry sparkling wine; Oro99, extra dry Chardonnay sparkling wine; and Cabernet Sauvignon Italia.
