From June 1th to August 31th, the Swiss Diamond Hotel exclusive sky terrace will welcome as guest of excellence the restaurant Conca Bella Vacallo, Ticino enogastronomy elite which boasts a Michelin star and 16 points in the renowned Gault & Millau guide. From Wednesday to Sunday for dinner and on Saturdays for lunch the starred chef Andrea Bertarini will offer guests in the terrace of the elegant 5-star luxury hotel on the shore of Lugano lake its famous dishes elaboration, carefully studied in every detail, balancing between opposing flavors of different ingredients. The evening will begin with an aperitif “en plein air” to be followed by a more delicate tasting menu from 3 to 5 course or a “free thinking” from 6 to 8 course menu accompanied by the best wines. In addition, to fully satisfy the culinary passions of all, chef Bertarini will offer every guest the opportunity to compose their own customized gastronomic journey, choosing from the dishes offered in two menus. After dinner, coffee accompanied by small pastries and a wide selection of digestives, cocktails, gin and tonic and cigars.
