The Prince of the Cucina POP Davide Oldani has inaugurated in late December its new FOO’D restaurant in the heart of Singapore.
A menu that emphasizes seasonal ingredients through simple yet tasty dishes, to better express the Italian concepts of hospitality and conviviality in front of an international audience. This is the recipe of starred Davide Oldani for FOO’D, the new restaurant located inside the iconic Victoria Theatre & Concert Hall in Singapore with which the chef exports in Southeast Asia the Cucina POP philosophy – for all and belonging to all – that made him famous in Italy and around the world.The new opening follows the one of FOO’D inside the Shangri-la The Fort Manila last September. The Executive Chef in Singapore is Simone Depalmas. FOO’D is open from Monday to Saturday. As restaurant from 12 to 15 and from 18 to 23 and as a Cocktail Bar from 18 to 24.
