The Constance Belle Mare Plage Mauritius welcomes starred chefs around the world for a haute cuisine event

 Its already started and it still goes on until April the 2  2017 the Bernard Loisea Culinary Festival at Constance Belle Mare Plage 5 stars Mauritian Constance Hotels and Resorts, which reopened last fall after a stylish makeover. The Culinary Festival Bernard Loiseau is among the most prestigious culinary events around the Indian Ocean with the participation of Michelin-starred chefs, who during the week of the event share their  passion for cooking and their experience with the team and guests of Constance Belle Mare Plage.
The Culinary Festival Bernard Loiseau is since its inception the occasion of meeting between the kitchen of excellence worldwide and the specialties of the Indian Ocean. Six international chef with a Michelin star are called to collaborate with the chefs of the  Indian Oceani slands who during the year workin the restaurants of the signed Constance hotels and resorts. The competing couples, made up of a star chef and chef of the islands, discover together the secrets of enticing local cuisine, sharing their experience, to give life to creative and original dishes, judged then by an international jury, chaired by Dominique Loiseau . During the final gala will be decreed the winning couple will be decreed. The star chefs participating in 2017 edition are:

The event also actively involves the guests of Constance Belle Mare Plage, they will experience the culinary spirit of Constance Hotels and Resorts through some exclusive dinners and exciting cooking classes. Special dinners scheduled at Constance Belle Mare Plage are: Wednesday, March the 29th , The Deer Hunter will host a special dinner driven by Orjan Johannessen, Bocuse d’Or 2015 – Thursday, March the 30th , the German chef Eckart Witzigmann 3-star Michelin restaurant will prepare a dinner at The Beach – Friday, March the 31th, The Deer Hunter will work for an innovative three star chefs Michel dinner at six hands. The cooking classes: On Saturday, April  the first, the guests will learn the secrets of pastry art by renowned blogger and expert Marcotte along with Frédéric Bau.
