Quality, creativity and superb labels to accompany the dishes: this is how Mystic Burger pays tribute to the king of street food, the hamburger.

There are about a dozen sandwiches offered by Mystic Burger, plus a special monthly and twice-a-year menu change, to always serve fresh, seasonal and top quality food. With a preference for Italian ingredients but turning to internationality when the ingredient deserves it. So much so that next to Chianina, Lessinia beef, Piedmontese fassona or culatello, there’s also wagyu from Kyoto Miyabi rather than salmon and seitan. All enclosed in different types of strictly artisan breads designed to enhance the main ingredient, amplifying its taste and consistency: milk tarts, michetta, cereal bread, crunchy corn, bretzel and even a coffee flavored sandwich. Born in 2013 in Como from an idea by Massimo Pasqual and Andrea Marti – chef but above all lovers of good food – the Mystic Burger project has expanded over time with the opening of the two restaurants in Carate Brianza (MB) and Montorfano (CO). Three locations with very similar furnishings and atmosphere, with an urban, modern and young style, but each perfectly integrated in the context where it is located. And
Mystic Burgerthen there are also two food-trucks and the recent English beer-taxi, which covers events throughout Italy every weekend. What never changes are the quality and imagination in the combinations, such as the one with stracciatella or other creamy cheeses instead of sauces that could overwhelm the balance of other flavors, rather than those with eggs, with crispy bacon or with so many fresh vegetables. Not to be missed the appetizers, to share too, such as culatello chips, breaded mozzarella or dipper potatoes and delicious homemade desserts, even gluten free. To appreciate even more the dishes there are a wine list with over 80 labels, a sake card, a selection of craft beers and above all the “Mystology” drink list signed by Simone Maci – classic american bartending training seasoned with experiences Londoners – and designed with a moderate alcohol content, to be appreciated both as an aperitif and throughout the meal. Eight drinks that can also be ordered in a 700ml bottle format, to take away too, accompanied by branded oshizaki ice. (Facebook @MysticBurger – Instagram @mystic_burger).
