The Dolomiti Gourmet Festival returns to Dobbiaco in October, the 5th to the 11th. It is a unique opportunity to taste the local delicacies cooked by great chefs.

It is according to the spirit of exchange and sharing that distinguishes the Collectionneurs that the chefs of the community confirm once again their presence at the Dolomiti Gourmet Festival, the gastronomic event created by Chris Oberhammer, chef patron of the “boutique” restaurant Tilia. In fact, there are 8 chefs les Collectionneurs, all representing the Italian community, who will meet in Dobbiaco to animate the kitchens of selected restaurants and offer a unique gourmet experience.

With this renewed and important participation by the community, the exclusive partnership of les Collectionneurs is consolidated with the event that for 7 editions pays tribute to the beauty and culinary tradition of Alta Pusteria. A first taste of the encounter between regional cuisine and the chef’s preparations will be staged in a restricted and reserved form on Monday, the 5th, at the Tilia Restaurant for the Festival preview dinner. Guests will experience the excellence of the territory contained in the dishes of Chris Oberhammer and the charismatic chef Cesare Grandi | Ristorante La Limonaia in Turin,
dolomitipromoter of a cuisine that respects the products of nature. The other chefs at work during the Dolomiti Giurmet Festival will be: the Neapolitan Gianluca D’Agostino | Veritas Restaurant in Naples (Tuesday, the 6th); the young chef Stefano Di Gennaro! Quintessenza Restaurant in Trani (Wednesday); Christian Milone | Trattoria Zappatori in Pinerolo (Thursday); Peppe Aversa | Il Buco di Sorrento Restaurant (Friday). which you can attend a live cooking by chef Alessandro Gilmozzi | El Molin restaurant in Cavalese, who will prepare his creative alpine cuisine using only the products of the farm and local farmers. The Dolomiti Gourmet Festival will also offer interesting activities every day designed to discover the area such as a seminar on herbs followed by a lunch, the tasting of tasty herb mocktails, a water tasting, an excursion-picnic to the “Fontana a two waters ”in Dobbiaco with chef Oberhammer and Gianni Poli (former winner of the New York Marathon) as well as an exciting helicopter flight over the Dolomites.
