A new concept, a new way to perform an high level catering. For the first time in Italy ten well-known chefs  join together under a unique brand: this is the Kitchen Mood alle stelle project. A star chef team offering a gourmet catering. But not only. Kitchen Mood attends both to the kitchen and to the setting which designs the event mood and style. For the launching dinner a menu made by up – and – coming and starred chefs that has enhanced the choice of high level ingredients and the different personalities creativity and ability.

The chefs in the kitchen were Eugenio Boer, Felice Lo Basso, Wicky Priyan, Eugenio Roncoroni, Diego Rossi, Cristiano Tomei, Marcello Trentini and Giuseppe Zen. But there are two more chefs in the team: the Michelin stars Moreno Cedroni e Mauro Uliassi. The dinner was a special gastronomic experience, ranging over the street food and precious recipes as the Oysters-SteakTartare or the burrata and lobster cannelloni and the amazing eatable garden or the cuttlefish eggs with ciccioli and field grass.
