It is a great event, the dream of many years that finally comes true. And it is signed by Ernst Knam, the King of Chocolate, Master Pastry Chef, but first of all a cook. Not a chef, but a cook, following the teachings of Gualtiero Marchesi, whose cuisine formed Knam 29 years ago. Today, with the Knam Chocolate Experience, he wants to pay homage to chocolate by showing it in all its forms and expressions, involving all the public that loves and follows him with passion. So in Milan in February, from Thursday, the 22th, to Sunday, the 25th, this great event that will be especially a party will concern workshops dedicated to mousses, pies, pralines, special combinations and a special preview of the creations designed for Easter, which this year will be all in pink with focus on the flamingo. An idea, the pink Easter, came out by his wife Alessandra, with whom Knam has for years shared not only his private life but also the professional one. With excellent results. At the Knam Chocolate Experience there will also be tastings of wines, Nonino spirits and Bellavista bubbles combined with special preparations in chocolate and of course showcooking with exceptional guests. The chocolate will be the absolute protagonist and the focal point of the chocolate dinner and brunch scheduled, respectively, Friday evening and Sunday from 11 to 15. Friday the 23rd will be the turn of 3 Workshops (all by reservation and pre-sale, maximum 30 participants, € 30.00 ), a tasting of 4 glasses together with Knam and sommelier Marco Brambilla (maximum 20 participants, € 20.00), live cooking with Knam and Benedetta Parodi and finally the Knam Chocolate Experience Dinner (€ 150.00). On Saturday workshops, tastings and a live cooking with Knam and Emis Killa again. Finally, Sunday, the 25th, the kermesse will close in sweetness with workshops, tastings, live cooking with Knam and Katia Follesa as well as with brunch (maximum 60 participants, € 60.00 inclusive of 2 glasses).
